Job Description: Business Development Executive (Field Sales) – Pest Control Services

Location: Bangalore.
Experience: 1–3 years (Pest Control sales preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our customer base in the pest control services industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, understanding pest problems, explaining solutions, and closing service agreements. This is a field-intensive sales role requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Visit residential, commercial, and industrial clients to understand their pest issues.

• Present pest control service solutions (cockroach, termite, rodent, bed bugs, general pest control, etc.).

• Prepare and share quotations based on site inspection and service requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer Interaction & Follow-up

• Explain treatment methods, service plans, chemicals used, warranty, and pricing.

• Provide on-site advice by coordinating with operations/technicians if needed.

• Follow up with clients for closures and payment collection.

• Build long-term relationships with apartments, corporate clients, shops, restaurants, and households.

Coordination & Reporting

• Schedule service appointments with the operations team after booking.

• Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and daily visit logs.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Requirements:

• Experience in pest control sales, facility management, or service industry sales (preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand customer pest issues and suggest suitable services.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).

• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication).

• Field sales mindset and willingness to travel extensively.
