We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our customer base in the pest control services industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, understanding pest problems, explaining solutions, and closing service agreements. This is a field-intensive sales role requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial clients to understand their pest issues.
Present pest control service solutions (cockroach, termite, rodent, bed bugs, general pest control, etc.).
Prepare and share quotations based on site inspection and service requirements.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Explain treatment methods, service plans, chemicals used, warranty, and pricing.
Provide on-site advice by coordinating with operations/technicians if needed.
Follow up with clients for closures and payment collection.
Build long-term relationships with apartments, corporate clients, shops, restaurants, and households.
Schedule service appointments with the operations team after booking.
Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and daily visit logs.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Experience in pest control sales, facility management, or service industry sales (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer pest issues and suggest suitable services.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, WhatsApp communication).
Field sales mindset and willingness to travel extensively.
