Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients across the target sectors.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, research, expos, and trade fairs.

Understand client requirements and present suitable services/solutions.

Schedule client meetings and deliver professional presentations.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture prospects.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client onboarding.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate CRM records, databases, sales reports, and client information.

Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Support marketing activities, promotional events, campaigns, expos, and trade fairs.

Take ownership of lead generation, conversion, client nurturing, and revenue generation.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

MBA is an added advantage.

1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.

Experience in Education, Real Estate, F&B, or B2B sales is preferred.

Experience working with schools/educational institutions is an advantage.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent follow-up and client management abilities.

Good understanding of sales, marketing, market research, and negotiation.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
