Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify, meet, and convert architects and interior designers into business clients.
Visit 7-8 clients per day, maintaining a regular calling and follow-up schedule.
Conduct effective product presentations and explain company offerings with clarity and conviction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with the Sales Head to execute territory-wise sales plans.
Maintain daily updates on CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing activities, campaigns, and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan architect meetups, seminars, and product demo sessions.
Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Submit daily field reports, weekly sales plans, and client feedback to the reporting manager.
Promote brand visibility and values during field interactions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred).
Highly presentable personality, with a strong ability to engage and impress professionals.
Strong people skills – approachable, professional, and persuasive.
Ability to work independently and manage time and routes effectively.
Energetic and dynamic, with the stamina for daily field visits.
Quick learner with a hunger to grow in a B2B sales environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, and usage of CRM applications.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for daily reporting.
Goal-oriented and willing to take ownership of individual targets.
Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career with the organization.
