Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through sales of our technology solutions and digital services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Cloud, and Digital Solutions. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.), and referrals. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical and project teams to create tailored solutions. Maintain and grow strong long-term relationships with existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Research market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure. Represent the company at events, conferences, and online forums to build brand visibility.
