Job Description – Business Development Executive / Manager (BDE/BDM)

About the Role

A leading private bank is hiring Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) for its sales team in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are interested in building a career in the banking and financial services industry.

Selected candidates will undergo professional banking training and work as Sales Officers, promoting the bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and understand their banking requirements.

• Generate leads through field sales activities.

• Promote and sell the bank’s products and services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Travel within the assigned city for business development activities.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• For BDE: Full-time graduate in any discipline.

• For BDM: MBA in any discipline, preferably Marketing or Finance.

• Experience: 0–1 year.

• Age: Below 27 years; candidates aged 24–25 years preferred.

• Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong interest in sales, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Two-wheeler and driving licence are preferred but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel within Mumbai and work at the assigned location.

Compensation & Benefits

• BDE Salary: ₹2.70 LPA

• BDM Salary: ₹3.50 LPA

• Incentives: Up to ₹40,000 per month.
