We are looking for experienced and aggressive sales professional with a background in
International Logistics & Forwarding in and around Bangalore. Candidate must possess very strong
• Professional marketing experience
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Responsible for creating qualified leads, Meet & exceed monthly targets
• Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through persuasive follow-up communications designed to increase chance of closure
• Ability to develop industry contacts and grow in a start-up environment
• Enthusiastic, hard-working and passionate about work

Accountabilities:
• Responsible for developing the overall marketing vision and marketing strategy for Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Delhi/Mumbai Location. Integrate and ensure implementation and delivery of Marketing plan at local market level.
• Maintain Market Understanding and Consumer Insights by keeping track of customer needs, current & future business environment and industry trends, total market volumes & margins, identification of key segments, channels & customers and competitive position.
• Engagement of key external stakeholders: agencies, government, other regulatory authorities, press, and industry associations.

• Timely reporting to Sr. Manager
• Should be able to make sales strategy & targets
• Understands business implications of decisions and displays orientation to profitability.
• Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
• Actively prospects and acquires new customers
• Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
• Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing
• them the utmost customer service.
