Department: Sales
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Sales team in Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, generating new leads, managing end-to-end sales processes, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role involves extensive fieldwork across assigned locations.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets as per company objectives.
Manage the complete sales cycle end-to-end, including:
Lead generation
Cold calling
Field visits
Sales presentations
Sales closure
Post-sales follow-up and tracking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities through regular field visits.
Track, monitor, and report daily sales activities and collections.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and client information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.
Gender: Male
Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
Experience: Prior experience in sales or business development preferred
Valid two-wheeler driving license
Own bike
Personal laptop
Willingness to travel across Jharkhand
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Relationship-building and customer-handling skills

Self-motivated and disciplined
Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
