Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Department: Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Sales team in Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, generating new leads, managing end-to-end sales processes, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role involves extensive fieldwork across assigned locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets as per company objectives.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle end-to-end, including:

    • Lead generation

    • Cold calling

    • Field visits

    • Sales presentations

    • Sales closure

    • Post-sales follow-up and tracking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities through regular field visits.

  • Track, monitor, and report daily sales activities and collections.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and client information.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support.


Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Male

  • Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or business development preferred


Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid two-wheeler driving license

  • Own bike

  • Personal laptop

  • Willingness to travel across Jharkhand
