Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive admissions and expand outreach. This role involves a combination of field work, lead generation, student interaction, and conversions. Candidates should be confident, energetic, and passionate about sales and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with colleges, institutes, and faculty members for tie-ups
Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations for students
Generate leads through calls, field visits, and follow-ups
Counsel prospective students and explain course offerings
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
Maintain lead database and daily activity reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of activities
Assist in organizing seminars, events, and promotional activities
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong sales and convincing ability
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented with a proactive approach
Willingness to travel for field work
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
6 months to 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
