Role Overview:
The Business Developer will be responsible for driving growth in Facilities Management services by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing contracts across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business leads for Facilities Management services.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, RWAs, corporates, and developers.
3. Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial bids.
4. Coordinate with operations teams for service delivery alignment.
5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
7. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
Services Exposure (Preferred):
1. Housekeeping & Cleaning Services.
2. Security Services.
3. MEP Operations & Maintenance.
4. Landscaping & Pest Control.
5. Waste Management & Support Services
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in Facilities Management / B2B services sales.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and pricing models.
5. Self-driven with result-oriented approach
