We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our turnkey, interior design, and construction verticals. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You should be an excellent communicator, natural networker, and someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate leads/ RFP in industrial, healthcare, educational and commercial office for turnkey [D&B] and interior fit-outs.
● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
● Build long-term relationships with architects,clients and developers
● Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.
● Collaborate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized proposals.
● Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
● Represent the brand at networking events, expos, and client meetings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
● Proven experience in business development or sales in the construction/interior/real estate industry.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
● A confident and extroverted personality with a passion for building networks and relationships.
● Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
● Strong presentation skills and the ability to pitch high-ticket services.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
● Bachelor’s degree in B.Com/BBA , Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
