Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

• Research potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable company services.

• Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close business deals.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• minimum 1 years and maximum 3 year of experience in Business Development or Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools.

• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
