We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business developer to join our advertising and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth by pitching our agency’s creative and marketing services to potential clients across industries.
Identify and target new business prospects across sectors that require advertising, branding, digital marketing, or influencer marketing solutions.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and marketing heads.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to tailor proposals and campaigns based on client needs.
Negotiate contracts, finalise deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for agency growth.
Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update CRM records.
Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Work closely with senior management to achieve quarterly and annual business targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in an advertising, media, or marketing agency).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of marketing trends, digital platforms, and brand strategy.
Self-motivated, target-orientated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
