Resident Operations Executive
(Assisted Living & Elder Care Facility)

It is about ensuring that every resident experiences safety, hygiene, dignity, warmth, and operational discipline every single day.
We are looking for a responsible and highly active individual who can help maintain the daily operational pulse of our residential care facility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, discipline, coordination, and being physically present on-ground to ensure things run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Facility Operations
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of rooms and common areas
Monitor daily availability of groceries, vegetables, medical consumables, and utility items
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and support staff
Ensure operational checklists are being followed regularly
Resident Comfort & Facility Readiness
Keep a close watch on resident comfort and room readiness
Ensure basic infrastructure and utility systems are functioning properly
Escalate any unusual observations or operational concerns immediately
Vendor & Support Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, ambulance partners, and maintenance teams whenever required
Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of necessary supplies
Reporting & Accountability
Share regular operational updates with leadership
Conduct routine rounds across the facility
Support smooth execution of daily operations and emergency coordination when needed
Work Nature
This is a field-intensive and responsibility-driven role.
The candidate is expected to:
remain active and alert throughout the day,
maintain operational discipline,
and stretch during important situations whenever required.
Preferred working rhythm:
Primary operational hours: approximately 8 AM onwards
Flexibility required during emergencies or operational escalations
Weekly off and leave structure will be planned operationally.
Ideal Candidate
Smart, disciplined, and physically active
Good observation and coordination skills
Comfortable handling vendors and support staff
Able to work in emotionally sensitive healthcare environments
Hospitality, healthcare, facility, hotel, operations, or defence background preferred
Fresh but highly responsible candidates may also apply.
Compensation
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
