Job Description

​We are looking for a versatile Assistant and Sales Executive to support our daily operations and drive our business development efforts. In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our administrative processes while actively engaging with architects, interior designers, and luxury estate owners to promote our smart home automation solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses strong communication skills to handle both client-facing sales and backend office coordination.

Sales & Business Development

​Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients, including architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and direct luxury homeowners.

​Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, schedule private meetings, and assist in product demonstrations of our smart touch panels, automated curtains, and security systems.

​Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM database of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

​Quotation Generation: Prepare tailored proposals and commercial quotes based on architectural blueprints and client requirements.

​Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with industry professionals to secure recurring project collaborations.

​Administrative & Assistant Duties

​Office Coordination: Manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication between the engineering, installation, and management teams.

​Project Tracking: Assist the project management team in tracking hardware inventory, material dispatch, and installation timelines.

​Documentation: Draft emails, manage company correspondence, organize invoices, and maintain client portfolios.

​Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of elite smart technology components.

​Qualifications & Skills

​Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or executive assistance (experience in real estate, architecture, or tech sales is a strong advantage).

​Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

​Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of smart technology, home automation, or a strong willingness to learn about IoT and intelligent building systems.

​Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and process management.
