Key duties involve identifying leads through cold calling and networking, delivering technical sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. They act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, coordinating with technical teams for service implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for high-speed, dedicated internet leased lines and fiber services.
Sales Strategy: Utilize cold calling, networking, and lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline in corporate and industrial areas.
Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver tailored presentations to decision-makers and negotiate pricing and service agreements to close deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for services like MPLS or cloud telephony.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, submit sales reports, and collaborate with technical teams for service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience (typically 2-5+ years) in B2B sales, specifically within telecom, ISP, or enterprise connectivity solutions.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Internet Leased Lines (ILL), P2P, MPLS, and network technologies.
Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
