Field Sales Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Brand Strategy & Positioning

o Assist the Head of Marketing in developing and executing brand strategies for

both brands.

o Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and on-ground

channels.

 Marketing Campaigns & Innovation

o Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand

awareness and customer engagement.

o Plan integrated campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and on-ground

activations.

 Creative Development & Collaterals

o Identify and manage vendors for printing, production, and marketing

collaterals.

o Oversee quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness of deliverables.

 Digital & Social Media

o Manage social media presence, performance marketing inputs, and influencer

tie-ups.

o Work with creative partners to develop engaging content.

 Activations, Events & Collaborations

o Conceptualize and execute on-ground brand activations, events, and pop-ups

to engage customers and build brand presence.

o Drive collaborations with influencers, communities, and like-minded brands to

create impactful partnerships.

o Ensure seamless execution of events with attention to detail, brand

consistency, and ROI measurement.

 Budgeting & MIS

o Maintain marketing budgets vs. actuals, track spends, and report variances.

o Prepare MIS reports to monitor campaign performance and ROI.

 Vendor & Stakeholder Management

o Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors for marketing activities and materials.

o Collaborate with operations, F&B, and cross-functional teams for smooth

execution.

 Market Insights

o Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and campaign data to refine

marketing strategy.

Requirements

 1–6 years of proven experience in brand/marketing (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or

retail preferred).

 Strong exposure to campaign innovation, vendor management, and budget

control.

 Hands-on experience with digital marketing, analytics, and creative campaign

execution.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to balance strategic inputs with hands-on execution.
