Branch Sales Officer

We are looking for a Branch In-charge to join our team TCI EXPRESS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Direct & indirect cost, outstanding, initiative to reduce direct & in-direct cost, manage profitability, action taken on Audit reports.

2. Business growth as per strategic planning for the current financial year.

3. Timely booking & delivery of consignment, weight adjustment, statutory compliance.

4. Operational processes are to be followed, feedback to Region/ Controlling Office management on operational issues, monitoring execution of operational plan, coordinating with HO for support.

5. All the booking should be as per company policy and complied with the law customer specific requirement is to be taken care of at the time of booking/ delivery.

6. Timely submission of bills & followed for realization.

7. Customer relationship management, ensuring that customer get the timely service, customer grievances are properly attended.

Job Requirements:

1. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and Minimum 2 years of experience.

2. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
