• Location: Kolkata, Bashirhat, Ranaghat, Kakdweep, Canning, South Kolkata, Bardhan, Suri, Jangipur,Raiganj, Harishpur

• Salary Structure: Up to ₹4.0 LPA

• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Life Insurance (Banca/Agency/Direct Channel)

• Qualification: Graduate (minimum)

Key Responsibilities:

⭐ Build and nurture strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate insurance business.
⭐ Identify customer needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions.
⭐ Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets through bank leads and walk-in customers.
⭐ Manage customer queries, ensure seamless onboarding, and provide after-sales service.
⭐ Conduct joint sales calls and training sessions with bank employees to enhance business productivity.
⭐ Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
