Achieve individual and branch sales targets as set by management.
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, referrals, and field visits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and onboarding.
Participate in local marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC/AML guidelines.
Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
