Acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.

• Promote and sell financial products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly).

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for sales closure and documentation.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.

• Maintain complete knowledge of all product offerings and compliance guidelines.

• Submit daily reports on sales performance, leads generated, and customer feedback.

• Work closely with branch staff and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment.
