Branch Sales Officer

we are hiring for the Foreign Exchange Department across Sales (Field Sales), Branch Sales, and Operations functions.

Work Location: Patiala & Karnal

Interview Location: Patiala & Karnal

CTC/Budget: Up to ₹3 LPA for both locations

Experience: Freshers can be considered

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Acquire new business by driving the assigned line of business and achieving sales targets.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Manage margins effectively.

Explore new markets and opportunities to achieve benchmark conversion ratios.

Ensure smooth customer onboarding and seamless service delivery.

Maintain high accuracy and deliver excellent customer service standards.

Adhere to branch SOPs, policies, and procedures.

Ensure error-free transactions, along with accurate daily reporting and reconciliation.

Highlight any non-compliance or deviations to the reporting manager.

Coordinate effectively between customers and the branch service delivery team.

Report daily positions to the dealing room.

Contribute to a collaborative and cohesive team environment.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including RBI, FEMA, and AML guidelines.

Analyse CRM data to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
