Branch Sales Officer

We are looking for a Branch Sales Officer to join our team ORION MARKETER'S. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs 13,000/- to Rs 20,000/- + Expenses + Incentives and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation (thru cold calling) by visiting regions hospitals would be the basic job.

• Close sales with help of seniors (in 1st 6 months) through various methods like presentations and hospital follow-up visits.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10+2 or above with minimum experience of 06 Months. Familiarity with regions is a must (atleast 150 kms, in & around). Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
