Responsible for sourcing home loan business through open market and builder channels.

Identify and develop relationships with builders, real estate agents, and DSA partners to generate leads.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate home loan solutions.

Handle end-to-end home loan sales process, including lead generation, documentation, eligibility checks, and coordination with credit and operations teams.

Achieve monthly sales targets for home loan disbursement.

Cross-sell insurance and other financial products to home loan customers.

Maintain strong customer relationship management for repeat business and referrals
