Job Summary
The Sales Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall
performance of the branch, driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring
an exceptional customer experience in line with Naseem Perfumes’ brand
standards. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining operational
excellence, and representing the brand professionally.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient
functioning.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective
sales strategies.
• Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff to improve
performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints
professionally.
• Maintain Naseem Perfumes’ brand image and ensure high standards of
visual merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize
losses or discrepancies.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and new product launches.
• Prepare sales, stock, and performance reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health &
safety standards.
