Branch Manager (Restaurant Division)
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in the restaurant industry to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and achieve business targets. Candidates must have prior experience managing restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
Supervise restaurant staff, including kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, stock levels, food costs, and wastage control.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash handling, and branch profitability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and applicable statutory requirements.
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, leave, and performance.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of materials.
Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Take necessary steps to improve sales, service quality, and overall branch performance.
Required Skills :

Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
Experience in inventory management, cost control, and sales monitoring.
Ability to handle operational issues and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Eligibility Criteria :
Candidates must have prior work experience in the restaurant industry only.
Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Branch Manager in a restaurant will be preferred.
Candidates from unrelated industries, such as retail, manufacturing, or general sales, will not be considered.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per restaurant requirements.
Preferred Candidate: A hands-on professional with proven experience in managing restaurant staff, daily operations, customer service, and branch-level business performance.
