Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Branch daily operations, including sales & Purchase, Inventory management, Warehouse and logistics operation.
2. Lead and develop a team of sales and support staff to achieve Monthly sales targets, Collection Targets and expand the customer base.
3. Monitor and control expenses, optimize resources, and improve profitability. Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
4. Financial and operational management – Prepare branch budget, monitor expenditures and manage the branch’s profitability.
5. Customer services and relationships – Ensure High-quality customer services and handle branch level complaints and enquiries professionally.
6. Compliance and risk management – Ensure the branch complies with all company policies, Industry Standards, and legal regulations.
