Are you passionate about sales, business growth, and customer relationship management in the Home Loan and Mortgage industry? We are looking for dynamic professionals to lead branch sales operations and drive business expansion in the Home Loans and Mortgage segment.

Key Responsibilities:-
✅ Drive branch-level business growth for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and LAP products.
✅ Generate business through direct sourcing, DSAs, connectors, builder relationships, and open-market channels.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
✅ Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve business targets.
✅ Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
✅ Monitor portfolio performance, collections, and asset quality while ensuring NPA control.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
✅ Collaborate with Operations, Credit, and Risk teams to ensure seamless loan processing and portfolio quality.
✅ Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
✅ Drive customer acquisition initiatives, promotional campaigns, and business development programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:-
✔ 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or LAP Sales within BFSI/NBFC organizations.
✔ Strong experience in customer acquisition, channel sales, and relationship management.
✔ Good understanding of local markets and established business networks.
✔ Proven ability to lead teams and drive branch performance.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Sales MIS reporting.
✔ Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced sales environment.

Educational Qualification:-
🎓 Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
