Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented City Head to lead and manage the Chennai location. The candidate should have strong business development skills, team management capability, and a good understanding of the local market. This role involves representing the company in the region and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in business meetings, forums, and networking platforms.

• Drive business development initiatives across B2B (corporates) and B2C (retail customers).

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Handle driver acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Conduct driver training and maintain high service quality standards.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and efficient service fulfillment.

• Monitor driver and client performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and streamline workflow.
