Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers visiting or assigned to the branch.

• Act as the primary contact for policy servicing, renewals, and after-sales support.

• Assist clients with policy issuance, document collection, premium payments, and updates.

• Handle customer queries related to insurance products, coverage, benefits, and procedures.

• Support the branch in achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling insurance plans.

• Coordinate with sales teams, underwriting, and operations to ensure smooth policy processing.

• Follow up with customers for renewals and revival of lapsed policies.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and service-related issues quickly.

• Conduct relationship-building activities such as customer meets, retention drives, and service calls
