Location: Jharkhand (Ranchi), Odisha (Bhubaneswar), Chhattisgarh (Raipur).

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Branch Manager to lead our sales

operations across Jharkhand, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have 1–2

years of experience in the Consumer Durable sector, specifically handling TVs, Washing

Machines, and Coolers. The candidate must possess strong communication, negotiation, and

leadership skills to achieve sales growth and manage branch performance effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.

Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage branch sales operations and achieve assigned targets.

Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.

Prepare and present branch performance reports to management.

1–2 years of experience in Consumer Durables (TV, Washing Machine, Cooler).

Experience in B2C sales.

Graduate in any discipline.

Requirements:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
