Job Description

Develop and manage partnerships with bank branches and relationship managers
Drive sales of insurance products (life/general) through the bancassurance channel
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Train and motivate bank staff to generate leads and cross-sell insurance products
Conduct joint sales calls with bank representatives to close deals
Monitor performance of bank branches and provide strategic inputs for improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
