💰 Salary (CTC): ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum

🔹 Job Summary:
The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in branch operations, promoting financial inclusion, and enhancing customer service. This role involves team leadership, loan management, and compliance with company policies to ensure branch growth and efficiency.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience Required:
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Experience: 1-2+ years in microfinance, banking, or financial services (supervisory role preferred)
✔ Understanding of microfinance products
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Proven leadership & customer service abilities
✔ Proficiency in MS Office
