Recruitment of Branch Sales Executive
Profile:- Sales of CASA & Other Banking Products
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Acquisition: Identifying local business prospects, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
• Relationship Management: Onboarding new clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high retention rates.
• Target Achievement: Driving localized marketing and sales campaigns to hit monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Reporting: Documenting interactions, tracking pipelines using CRM software, and submitting progress reports to the Branch Manager.
• Product Knowledge: Mastering the features of local financial, retail, or service products to confidently pitch to customers.
Essential Skills
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication to effectively engage with diverse client.
• Negotiation & Closing: The ability to influence decision-makers, negotiate terms, and finalize sales.
• Target-Oriented: A self-driven mentality capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Typical Qualifications
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in retail, banking, or corporate sales environments.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM software.
