Job Description :
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the branch with product inquiries and service needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and business customers.

• Cross-sell financial products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, etc.

• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on financial products.

• Support the branch in meeting sales targets and business development goals.

• Handle basic customer queries and complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications and service requests.

• Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
