Branch Relationship Executive

• Coordinate with branch teams, operations, and support departments to ensure seamless service.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
  Complete all required documentation for policy issuance and client onboarding.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory norms.

• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
  Ensure excellent post-sale service, including policy issuance, updates, and renewals.

• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.

• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  Identify and engage with potential customers through leads, referrals, and field visits.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance business growth.

• Understand customer needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to recommend suitable products.

• Act as the primary contact for client queries, renewals, and service requests.
