Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory norms.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Ensure excellent post-sale service, including policy issuance, updates, and renewals.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Identify and engage with potential customers through leads, referrals, and field visits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance business growth.
Understand customer needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to recommend suitable products.
Act as the primary contact for client queries, renewals, and service requests.
