Job Description :
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the branch with product inquiries and service needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and business customers.
Cross-sell financial products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, etc.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on financial products.
Support the branch in meeting sales targets and business development goals.
Handle basic customer queries and complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications and service requests.
Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
