Job Description (JD) – SBI Card Branch Relationship Executive (BRE)

Job Title: Branch Relationship Executive (BRE)

Department: Sales – Credit Cards

Location: Branch/Field-based

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new credit card sales through SBI bank branches and customer interactions.
Approach walk-in customers and explain SBI Card products and benefits.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card variants.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Assist customers with application forms and documentation.
Coordinate with branch staff to generate leads and improve card sourcing.
Ensure compliance with KYC and company policies.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support when required.
