*Job Overview:*

We are a Chandigarh-based immigration consultancy looking for a detail-oriented *Visa Filing Officer* to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting client visa applications for Canada, Australia, UK, and other countries as per IRCC/Embassy guidelines.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Documentation*: Collect, verify, and organize client documents like passport, IELTS, academics, funds, etc. as per checklist.

2. *File Preparation*: Prepare complete visa files including SOP, Letter of Explanation, CA reports, and supporting documents.

3. *Online Submission*: Accurately fill and submit visa applications on IRCC Portal, GCKey, ImmiAccount, and other embassy portals.

4. *Case Management*: Track applications, respond to ADR, medical requests, PPR emails, and update clients regularly.

5. *Client Coordination*: Communicate with clients via call/email/WhatsApp for pending documents and status updates.

6. *Compliance*: Stay updated with latest immigration rules, NOC codes, college lists, and visa policy changes.

7. *Record Maintenance*: Maintain all client data in Excel/CRM and ensure proper filing of physical & digital records.

*Requirements & Qualifications:*

*Must Have:*

1. *Experience*: 6 months – 1 year in any immigration/visa filing office. _Freshers with strong visa knowledge will be considered._

2. *Knowledge*: Understanding of Canada Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Spouse Visa, PR process.

3. *Technical Skills*: Proficient in MS Office, Email, PDF editing tools, and online form filling.

4. *Communication*: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

5. *Accuracy*: Strong attention to detail – no room for errors in documentation.

*Preferred:*

1. Prior experience working on IRCC Portal / GCKey.

2. Ability to draft/edit SOPs and cover letters.

3. Experience working under a licensed RCIC/immigration lawyer.
