You will speak to people, guide them about bank products, and help them choose the right options based on their needs. Key Responsibilities:

Talk to customers and build good relationships

Share useful information about bank products like accounts, cards, loans, etc.

Help customers understand how banking services can make their life easier

Keep a record of customer feedback and follow up when needed
