Autopart Sales Associate

This is a full-time, on-site Automobile Sales Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with potential customers, explaining vehicle features and pricing, and assisting with test drives and showroom visits. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, helping prepare sales presentations and quotations, updating customer records, and coordinating follow-ups to nurture leads. The intern will learn sales processes, support basic documentation, and collaborate with senior sales staff to achieve individual and team targets. This role offers hands-on exposure to automotive sales practices and an opportunity to develop communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.

• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

• Assist in promoting car detailing services, spare parts, and accessories.

• Support customer interactions and prepare quotations.

• Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM/system.

• Assist with customer visits, product/service demonstrations, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for customer requirements.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research.

• Support the team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Interest in cars and the automobile industry.

• Basic knowledge of cars, spare parts, or car detailing is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn sales and business development.

• Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.

• Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in any relevant field.

• Automobile/Mechanical background will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
