💼 Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic Field Sales professionals to drive retailer activation, mechanic engagement, and secondary sales growth in assigned territories.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Activate new retail outlets through authorized distributor network

✅ Support initial billing with local sales team

✅ Engage mechanics & promote loyalty programs

✅ Conduct retailer meets, mechanic meets & market activation activities

✅ Build strong market relationships and increase product movement

✅ Escalate distributor/retailer/mechanic issues to reporting manager on time

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

✔ 1–3 years experience in Field Sales / Channel Sales / Territory Sales / Market Development

✔ Mandatory experience in:

• Auto Components

• Automotive Aftermarket

• Friction Parts / Spare Parts

✔ PC & CV segment experience preferred

✔ Strong communication & relationship management skills

✔ Comfortable with field travel & app-based reporting

✔ Valid Driving License mandatory

✔ Own two-wheeler preferred

💰 Compensation Structure:

🔹 Fixed Monthly CTC – ₹28,000/month

🔹 Local Travel Allowance – ₹300/day

🔹 Outstation Allowance – ₹600/day

🔹 Night Stay Allowance – ₹1,700/night

🔹 Incentive / Variable Pay – ₹2,000/month

🔹 Mediclaim Coverage – ₹2 Lakhs

🔹 Accidental Policy Coverage – ₹5 Lakhs
