Job Description – Sales Consultant (Commercial Vehicles – Mahindra)

Position: Sales Consultant – Commercial Vehicles

Location: Khumbharia / Puna (Surat District)

Company: President Motors – Authorized Mahindra Dealership

Department: Sales (Commercial Vehicles – Bolero Pickup, Supro, Jeeto, etc.)

Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Based on Performance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads for Mahindra Commercial Vehicles through field visits, referrals & campaigns.

2. Explain product features, EMI plans, schemes, and offers to walk-in and potential customers.

3. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

4. Maintain follow-up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

5. Co-ordinate with finance & loan departments for customer convenience.

6. Ensure timely documentation and delivery of vehicles.

7. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the dealership.

8. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Skills Required:

Passion for automobile sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Local area knowledge (Puna, Khumbharia, etc.)

Two-wheeler must (for field visits)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
