Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who will be responsible for telecalling leads, coordinating customer visits, and closing vehicle sales. The role requires strong communication skills, sales discipline, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful deals.
This position plays a direct role in revenue generation and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telecalling & Lead Management
Make outbound calls to fresh and follow-up leads on a daily basis
Understand customer requirements (budget, usage, car preference)
Schedule showroom visits and test drives
Maintain proper call follow-ups and disposition updates
2. Customer Visit Handling
Attend walk-in customers and pre-booked appointments
Explain vehicle details, features, condition, pricing, and ownership history
Conduct test drives professionally
Build customer trust through transparent communication
3. Sales Closure
Negotiate pricing and close deals within company guidelines
Coordinate documentation, booking amount, and delivery process
Ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction
Upsell value-added services (warranty, insurance, accessories if applicable)
4. CRM & Reporting
Update lead status and customer interactions regularly
Maintain daily call, visit, and sales reports
Follow internal sales process and compliance
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Sales mindset with closing orientation
Ability to handle objections confidently
Basic understanding of cars (used car knowledge preferred)
Discipline in follow-ups and reporting
Customer-focused attitude
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or telecalling (automobile preferred)
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Comfortable with targets and performance-based environment
Local market knowledge is an added advantage
