🔹 Job Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers in the showroom.
Explain car models, variants, features, and benefits.
Arrange test drives for customers.
Follow up with leads from calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
Maintain daily customer visits and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales targets given by the dealership.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories departments.
Handle delivery process and documentation.

🔹 Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of cars (training will be provided).
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

🔹 Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Fresher or up to 2 years experience in sales (preferred).
Four-wheeler driving license preferred.
Must be comfortable with field work + showroom duties.
