We are looking for dynamic and motivated Direct Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in designated areas. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out and engage potential customers through field visits and cold calls.

Promote and sell company products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.

Deliver product presentations and explain features and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for long-term business.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and report on daily/weekly performance.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies

Requirements qualification :-graduate preferred.

Prior experience in direct or counter sales is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
