Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic On-Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer and distributor network for lithium battery packs, BMS, chargers, and EV-related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through field visits.

Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or dealer sales (Battery, EV, Solar, Electrical, or Automotive industry preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel may also apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers or dealers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own two-wheeler (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and mobile applications for reporting.
Ability to prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
Basic understanding of lithium batteries, EV products, BMS, chargers, or electrical products is an added advantage.
