Job Description – Associate Sales Executive (ASE)
Role Overview-The Associate Sales Executive (ASE) is a field-based individual contributor responsible for scaling product distribution and driving sustained usage of Innoviti products across an assigned area. The role owns merchant performance, repeat transactions, and GTV growth for Link and Geni products.
Key Responsibilities-
● Drive expansion of automobile merchant distribution within the assigned area
● Increase product penetration across existing merchants
● Drive repeat usage and transaction frequency to grow GTV
● Identify low-performing or dormant merchants and execute revival plans
● Execute sales programs, schemes, and local activation initiatives
● Ensure effective rollout of new product launches
● Maintain strong relationships with key retailers
● Track performance metrics and provide regular field-level insights.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)-
● Active merchant base
● Month-on-month GTV growth
● Product-wise penetration per merchant
● Reactivation of dormant merchants
● Area-level achievement against targets.
Candidate Profile
● Total experience: 4–5 years
● Relevant experience: Minimum 75% in automobile servicing and accessories sales ● Current designation: ASE / Team Lead
● Proven ability to drive sustained sales performance
● Strong territory and relationship management skills
