• Cash Collection & Loading:

  • Collect cash from designated bank or vault locations based on pre-determined schedules and indent instructions. 

  • Load cash into ATMs in a secure and efficient manner. 

  • Follow company security protocols during cash transport and loading. 

• ATM Maintenance & Monitoring:

  • Monitor ATM cash levels and ensure they are replenished as needed. 

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as clearing jams or reporting malfunctions. 

• Record Keeping & Reporting:

  • Prepare required documentation, such as CBR (Cash Balance Report) and trip sheets. 

  • Record transaction information and report discrepancies. 

  • Report any delays, issues, or concerns to supervisors.

• Sales/Business Development: Some ATM cash loader roles may also involve building customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
