ATM Cash Loader

An ATM cash loader is responsible for ensuring ATMs have sufficient cash to serve customers. This includes collecting cash from secure locations, loading it into ATMs, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and cash levels. They also perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues or discrepancies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Collection and Loading: 

  • Collecting cash from designated bank vaults or other secure locations. 

  • Loading cash into ATMs according to schedule and instructions. 

  • Ensuring secure transportation of cash and following company security protocols. 

• ATM Maintenance and Monitoring:

  • Monitoring cash levels in ATMs and replenishing them as needed. 

  • Performing basic maintenance tasks like clearing paper jams or reporting malfunctions.
