Job Description – ATM Operations Team

1️⃣ Field Executive – ATM (FE-ATM)

Main Work:

Take care of 40–50 ATMs in your area.

Visit each ATM two times every month to check:

Machine is clean and working properly

Room and surroundings are neat

Record visits using CMAC card and send reports to your Regional Manager.

Work with branches, cash agencies, and vendors to:

Ensure cash is always available (no cash-out situation)

Fix ATM errors or faults quickly

Check regularly for fraud devices like hidden cameras or skimming tools.

Who Can Apply:

Age: 21–30 years

Education: Graduate

Experience: At least 1 year (preferably in banks, service, or ATM industry)

Language: Local language (read, write, speak) and English (read, write)

Salary: Around ₹27,000 per month

2️⃣ Field Supervisor – ATM (FS-ATM)

Main Work:

Supervise and guide a team of Field Executives (FE-ATM).

Check their monthly performance and send a report to your Channel Manager / Field In-charge.

Visit all ATMs in your area once every 3 months (quarterly).

Review ATM visit reports and share any issues with the Regional Manager.

Make surprise visits to ATMs to check cleanliness, safety, and security.

Who Can Apply:

Age: 30–63 years

Education: Graduate

Experience: 2–3 years (preferably in banks or service sector, in a supervisor role)

Language: Local language (read, write, speak) and English (read, write)

Salary: Around ₹29,000 per month
